CONVERSE AND WOOLRICH UNITED AGAIN IN HOLIDAY 2015 COLLECTION
American brands join forces to revive the original prints on the familiar Chuck Taylor All Star footwear.
Converse Inc. revealed the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star collection, which includes the legendary Woolrich wool in bright colors and new styles and raises winter style to a new level. Almost six years after the last collaboration, the new collection continues to display tradition and design that have resisted the time.
Rooted in the craft and tradition, Woolrich has long been a synonym for quality clothing and blankets over 180 years dedicated to the development and top quality products adapted to the weather conditions. This season Converse reinterprets classic Woolrich on the American way. Woolrich traditional colors are refreshed with new shade of bright colors for a new, fresh look. The collection will be available in editions of Chuck Taylor All Star Street Hiker, Chuck Taylor All Star Hi-Rise Boot and the latest Chuck Taylor All Star.
Woolrich was founded over 180 years ago. The company began operations in 1830 when John Rich built his first mill for wool in Plum Run in Pennsylvania. What has not changed all these years is Woolrich’s commitment to quality, value and products perfect for outdoor weather and lifestyle.
